Free Range native breed pork belly is dry cured and then smoked over beech and apple wood chips for a delicious added aroma and flavour. The perfect component for a bacon buttie or addition to stews, soups and risottos.
Each pack of bacon weighs approximately 250g.

Sustainability is also a priority among their farmers – livestock on these farms contribute to a biodiverse landscape contrary to the destructive nature associated with much larger scale farms.
