Black Truffle & Burrata Tortelloni 250g


La Tua's Artisan Tortelloni are hand folded one by one to incorporate more filling using traditional methods from Vicenza in Veneto. The big brother of tortellini, Tortelloni are a traditional filled pasta from northern Italy.

The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and they use a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. The filling is made with a combination of creamy Burrata cheese and truffle from the Umbria region in Italy. Awarded by the guild of fine food in 2018. 

Try them with some Mushrooms or just with olive oil and Parmesan Cheese, a triumph! Suitable for freezing
